Press conference regarding centralized storage for sexual assault kits

Ramsey County Attorney John Choi joined leadership from the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office, the Saint Paul Police Department, the Ramsey County Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) program supervisor and the Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MNCASA) to call upon legislators to create and fund centralized storage for sexual assault kits (SAK) at the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

County Road B closed between Cleveland and Fairview avenues April 17-20

Signed detours will be in place using Cleveland, Larpenteur and Fairview avenues. Residential and business access along County Road B will be maintained.

Did you know? A report of child abuse happens every 10 seconds in the United States. Reports of child abuse have steadily increased in Ramsey County and Minnesota over the past four years. Ramsey County Child Protection intake and case management staff respond to reports and offer assistance to local families 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
