Ramsey County is committed to providing services throughout the coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak while protecting the health of residents and staff. Most service questions can be answered by phone or email.
Government Center East is currently one of three Ramsey County buildings offering walk-up service assistance and one of six locations with a secure document drop-off site.
The Ramsey County Government Center East building, located in downtown Saint Paul, houses the departments of Employment Assistance, Social Services and Financial Assistance Services, which provide a wide range of programs and services in the areas of public assistance, employment support, day care, social services, child and adult protection and clinical counseling.
