• Log in or create a profile.
• In the “Free Agency” section, provide information about your business.
• In the “Agency Name” field, enter Ramsey County.

CERT for Small Business

Ramsey County procurement policies allow departments to contract directly with a CERT-registered provider for contracts up to $25,000 without a solicitation process. Small for-profit businesses and women-owned or minority-owned businesses may register as CERT providers.
